The objective of this research program is to develop state of the art methods and tools for process control and operation. The application range is broad - covering petrochemical, chemical, specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, and biochemical industries while the methods and tools are generic and employ a distinct systems approach.
The objective of this research program is to develop techniques for integrated solution approaches for processes, products and their processes and the tools that can be used to solve them. The overall objective is to make the process operations as well as the work process identifying the products and their corresponding processes more sustainable.
This research program provides the numerical methods needed for the solution of problems in research program A-E
